Easy Returns Policy

We abide by the office of fair trading distance selling regulations.

At SuperStores.uk.com we do our absolute best to ensure complete satisfaction for every customer.

• Should you wish to return any item we try to make the process very simple.
• Return your item(s) to us in their original, unused condition within 28 days of receipt and we will give you a full refund.
• Notify us via email within 28 days of receipt of goods to arrange their return.
• Re-package the goods using the original packaging, with our delivery note completed and included.
• For UK orders, simply place the pre-printed, pre-paid returns label to the outside of the parcel, covering your own address.
• For international orders, please repackage the item you wish to return appropriately and send the package to our returns address.
• You may also exchange your purchase for an alternative size or colour of the original item.
• Take to any post office, remembering to obtain proof of postage.Please note, goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure goods are packaged appropriately to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error. We recommend using use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning.
  
• Retain your proof of postage until we have notified you by email of receipt.
• We will also refund your original delivery charge (if applicable) in the unlikely event the product is faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted or for exchange.
• All refunds will be processed as soon as the goods are returned to us, with monies taking 5-10 working days to be refunded to your original account /card. We will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you paid.
• If you have lost your delivery note please contact our customer care team for assistance.
• Items will be inspected on arrival to us.
